The four-story, 105,320-sf storage facility on West Marginal Way in West Seattle faced multiple challenges, including restricted site access due to the West Seattle Bridge closure, a steep western slope, slide risks, water management concerns, and tree preservation requirements. Navigating these complexities required innovative problem-solving and careful coordination. Deacon successfully mitigated these obstacles while working in a high-visibility, public-facing environment, demonstrating our ability to manage difficult site conditions and deliver a high-quality project.
